Simi Valley Aquatics is Celebrating 10 years of teaching!
Simi Valley Aquatics is a year-round swim school that teaches life-saving swimming skills to students of all ages—from babies as young as 6 months to adults. We’re truly grateful to be part of families throughout Ventura County and the surrounding areas, and we can’t thank everyone enough for a decade of wonderful memories.
OUR METHOD
At S.V. Aquatics, we prioritize water safety through a step‑by‑step progression that leads to independent swimming. Our "Ready‑Set‑Swim" approach teaches children proper technique while also building strong decision‑making skills. We aim to develop confident swimmers who understand and respect their own limits in the water. That’s how we foster independence and help our students become the best swimmers in the pool!
MEET THE OWNER
Our owner, Coach Jon, recently celebrated 20 years of teaching! Over the past two decades, he has become a:
· Nationally recognized swim instructor
· Member of the Educational Committee for the United States Swim School Association, where he helped develop a national teaching curriculum for U.S. swim schools
· Bestselling author of a children’s book about learning to swim
